Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program provides supplemental foods, health care referrals, breast feeding counseling, and nutrition education for low-income pregnant women and mothers with newborns, and for infants and children up to age five who are found to be at nutritional risk.
Health insurance enrollment services are available to help you enroll under the Hawai‘i Med-QUEST (Medicaid) and other government benefits. For more information, call (808) 872-4007.

Language access lines at all sites help translate for patients who speak languages that our staff does not speak.
Patient portal will give you online access to easily communicate with your provider, view appointments, test results, immunizations, medical summary, or send a message to your provider or care team.
