Maternal Fetal Medicine (also known as perinatology) care is available at the main clinic site in Wailuku through a partnership with John A. Burns School of Medicine University Health Partners.

• High-definition diagnostic ultrasounds (3D and 4D)
• Management of high-risk pregnancies
• Postpartum care for women who experienced complications of birth
• Pregnancy care for women with diabetes, hypertension, congenital heart defects, epilepsy, lupus, and cancer
