Provides instruction on diaphragmatic “belly” breathing, which helps lower stress and reduce anxiety. Graphics, animation, narration, and videos lead users through several breathing exercises.

Has information on 17 common health concerns, including sleep, depression, relationship issues, and post-traumatic stress. Includes self-assessments to help measure and track symptoms.

Provides tracking for a range of emotions and behaviors to show how life is affected by thoughts, moods, changes at home or at work, and events

Tactical Breather
Provides guided breathing instruction to gain control over heart rate, emotions, concentration, and other physiological and psychological responses during stressful situations.ts

AIMS (Anger and Irritability Management Skills)
Provides education about anger, opportunities for finding support, the ability to create an anger management plan, anger tracking, and tools to help manage angry reactions.

Mindfulness Coach
Provides a gradual, self-guided training program designed to help you understand and adopt a simple mindfulness practice audio-guided mindfulness exercises, and goal-setting and tracking.

Provides strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help users learn to relax and be mindful, develop more effective ways of thinking, and use active steps to take charge of their anxiety.

Stay Quit Coach
Guides you in creating a tailored plan for quitting, information about smoking and quitting, interactive tools to help users cope with urges to smoke, and motivational messages and support contacts to help you stay smoke-free.

Virtual Hope Box
Contains simple tools to help users with coping, relaxation, distraction, and positive thinking using personalized audio, video, pictures, games, mindfulness exercises, activity planning, inspirational quotes, and coping statements.

Take10 (iOS only)
Take10 for Depression is an online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) course, designed to be completed over two weeks. Each lesson only takes around 10 minutes to complete.ts.

Intellicare Hub (Google Play only)
IntelliCare is a suite of apps that work together to target common causes of depression and anxiety like sleep problems, social isolation, lack of activity, and obsessive thinking. These apps are part of a nationwide research study funded by the National Institutes of Health.
