Our purpose is to help individuals seeking abstinence from addictive behaviors to gain independence, achieve recovery and lead meaningful and satisfying lives. The approach is secular and science based; using motivational, behavioral and cognitive methods.
Anger and Irritability Management Skills
This online course is based on training that was developed specifically for Veterans and has been successfully used by Veterans and Service Members around the world. This course offers a wide range of practical skills and tools to manage your anger and develop self-control over your thoughts and actions.

This self-help course will be helpful for individuals who have problems with anxiety, depression or anger. The course can also be adapted for other problems.

A range of self-help workbooks designed to increase access to mental health resources by providing evidence-based exercises for patients to complete at home. The guides listed are available to download in several formats as well as translated and MP3 audio copies of the guides by clicking the relevant leaflet in the bookcase. Designed by clinical psychologists and patients, in conjunction with the British National Healthcare System.
