Dr. Andrew Van Wieren joined the Mālama I Ke Ola team in 2022 as Chief Medical Officer.

He earned his medical degree from the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University and completed his primary care internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School.

His clinical interests include care for the underserved or health equity, working with Spanish-speaking populations and chronic disease management.
