Immunizations, Nutrition counseling with registered dietician, Primary care for patients up to 18 years of age, Reach Out and Read literacy program, Regular check ups and more.

Dental Care

Basic periodontal treatment, Dental fillings and crowns, Dental x-rays, Denture and bridge care, General examination, Outreach and health education programs to promote oral health.

Internal Medicine

Comprehensive program with low cost monitoring visits, lab testing, and pharmacy benefits assistance for the uninsured, Diabetes education and management and more.

Mental Health

Assessment and intervention management of behavioral aspect of medical diseases,
Diagnostic and treatment assessment for bipolar disorders, depressive disorders and more.

Transgender Care

Integrated primary care model for culturally competent care for transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. You can get more information here.

OB/GYN

Breast and cervical cancer screening, Breastfeeding education and support,
Care coordination and patient navigation, Delivery at partner hospitals,  and more.

Substance Use Treatment

Anger management classes, Assessment and support for substance misuse, Individual and group early recovery and relapse-prevention support in a harm-reduction model.

Maternal Fetal Medicine

MFM (also known as perinatology) care is available at the main clinic site in Wailuku through a partnership with John A. Burns School of Medicine University Health Partners.
