Street Medicine

Overview

Our Street Medicine team serves the homeless community by providing direct medical care on the streets to the marginalized, unsheltered, and often hardest-to-reach populations. Our team is composed of physicians, registered nurses, and community health workers who strive to reduce and eliminate barriers to care. They accomplish this through building and fostering relationships within these communities in addition to addressing each patient’s unique needs and circumstances. Our street medicine team provides services for the unsheltered in Central Maui, Lahaina, and Kihei.
